This site is for beginners, intermediate and even advanced lifters.
I’ve personally helped hard gainers put on size, obese individuals lose weight (100+lbs), and even helped guys prepare for bodybuilding contests. Whether you’re new to the gym or experienced, I hope I can offer something for you. I’m overly blessed with great genetics, that I can eat anything I want and still put on muscle and be ripped. I have been really skinny, and I have been overweight. On top of all that, I sit on the computer 10-12 hours a day… I’m pretty average!
I am not a fitness guru.
I am just someone that likes to get lean! lol
People have been asking me for advice so I thought I would start this site. I stay on top of new theories, but my head is not buried in books 24/7 trying to find the ‘next best thing’, or a new study so I can prove something does work! People have been asking for my advice, so I created this site to share what works for me, and my different thoughts on creating a great physique. Most the information on fitness and fat loss is out dated. It’s passed on, reworded, year after year. I try and to step away from that, and do things that are a little unorthodox.
I am not a gym rat.
I don’t love being in the gym. I like to be efficient. I like to be in and out as fast as possible, so I can be doing other things. I’m in the gym for 45-60mins, four times a week. I couldn’t imagine being there for an hour and a half, and I couldn’t imagine being there twice a day to do cardio.
I don’t have a degree, I don’t read every book I can find, I learn from trial and error, and want to share it with anyone who is interested.
